At VALL, we mainly recommend two types of textile covers for industrial tents, available for both rental and purchase:

1. Translucent textile tarp without insulation, weighing 650 g/m². This solution allows sunlight to pass through, providing good natural illumination inside the tent. It helps achieve significant energy cost savings by reducing or eliminating the need for artificial lighting, and its installation is easy.
2. Opaque textile tarp without insulation, weighing 850 g/m². Especially recommended for maintaining energy efficiency in very hot locations, as it helps naturally keep the interior cool in summer. This significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, resulting in considerable savings on cooling costs.

Their quick installation results in a more economical price. They can be installed individually, allowing easy openings in any area, and are easily adaptable to the changing needs of the business. Alternatively, they can be installed as a single piece, increasing resistance to strong wind loads, providing a solution with an extended service life.

1. Translucent, the ideal option for spaces where natural light is desired. It allows significant savings in lighting and helps reduce the company's carbon footprint.
2. Opaque, the perfect solution for hot regions and for storage or work processes where a cooler option is needed in the summer. By preventing sunlight from entering, the interior maintains a more comfortable temperature during the summer, reducing energy consumption for air conditioning. More savings, more durability.

Composed of two layers of profiled and pre-coated steel, it includes an insulating layer. There is a wide variety of thicknesses to choose from, allowing you to select the most suitable one for each case, with various materials available depending on the project's needs and fire resistance requirements.

It provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. This results in a more energy-efficient and quieter interior. It absorbs less noise from the outside and also emits less noise outward.

There is a wide selection of options in different thicknesses, coatings, and colors to choose from, allowing you to select the solution suitable for each project. These are lightweight and durable sidewalls, with significant resistance to mechanical stress, fire, humidity, and corrosion.

It provides an attractive aesthetic and is ideal for cases requiring airtight insulation for industrial tents.
