VALL designs, manufactures and installs removable buildings, which allows us to create buildings of any size and format.

To date, we have built buildings ranging from 300 m2 to 9.000 m2, in a single module.

Our great advantage in the market is that, in addition to working with high quality aluminium structures, we have a line of high performance removable steel structures, which also allows us to create large spaces, completely diaphanous and of maximum resistance, always in accordance with the local requirements and regulations of the site that marks the construction, and the corresponding Euro codes or building code CTE.

Steel profiles are stronger than aluminium profiles. This makes it possible to create larger structures or structures with greater load-bearing capacity and, therefore, to offer solutions where aluminium structures are unable to reach. In addition, steel structures have fire resistance (RF), which can be increased by applying intumescent treatments to achieve the values required by regulations, while aluminium structures do not have RF, nor can any treatment be applied to achieve it.

The great advantage of aluminium structures is their lightness and versatility. This optimises the logistical and assembly costs for medium and small dimensions.

Assembly times vary depending on the model, the equipment and the minimum side height required. The higher the height, the more time and machinery is needed. In addition, the height determines the size of the profiles; the higher the profile, the greater the size and weight of the profile. But as an ALUSPACE can be assembled in 15 days and a MAXISPACE in 21 days.

At VALL we have built industrial buildings for all kinds of uses and activities, from logistics centres, factories, markets, showrooms and Olympic-sized sports centres, to aviation hangars, port terminals, laboratories and corporate buildings.

As we are manufacturers, we can customise all the elements and complements, which allows us to say that we can build all types of facilities, whatever your needs, whether they are technical, aesthetic or fitting out.

Removable buildings do not require special care. Conceptually they use the best quality materials or structural protection systems and therefore offer a long service life with little or no maintenance.

Oui, les Yes, VALL's removable buildings can be adapted to any space and need, and can even be attached to other structures.

The other great advantage of this type of building is the possibility of dismantling them, increasing or reducing their capacity to adapt to new needs. Our modular and standardised system is highly versatile, an additional advantage over conventional building systems.

At VALL we manufacture and assemble our removable buildings according to European criteria for the manufacture and assembly of steel and aluminium structures for construction, implementing the EN 1090 standards for their manufacture and the EN 13782 standards or, where applicable, the Eurocodes for construction depending on the site where they are to be installed. Depending on the type of building to be installed, these standards guarantee the complete safety and quality of the final product, from manufacture to final assembly.

There are no specific national regulations governing the assembly and implementation of demountable structures, so each municipality can facilitate or limit what it deems appropriate to authorise or regulate their construction.

If you have not yet decided on the location for your removable building, we recommend that you weigh up the facilities offered by each municipality. Even so, as a general rule, the permits required to set up a removable building are usually fewer and quicker than those required for a conventional building, given the temporary, seasonal and even sustainable nature of this type of construction system.

Bear in mind, too, that a removable building can be moved to another location with relative ease. If at any time you find a more suitable location for your activity, you will be able to move easily and quickly.

Depending on the type and size of the removable building, foundations may not even be required. In these cases, the anchoring to the ground is done by means of A-37 steel pegs, 25 mm in diameter and one metre long, for compacted or asphalted ground, or with T20 M mechanical expansion plugs, 16 mm in diameter and 140 mm long, in the case of concrete slabs.

If foundations are required, our foundation system is lightweight and very little stress is transferred to the base, which means that its dimensions and costs are much lower than those of a conventional construction.

The main benefit is the speed of assembly, the simplicity of construction and, above all, the economic savings.

But, in addition, in this type of assembly, waste and its environmental impact are much lower than in conventional construction work.

The ground required to install a removable building is a hard floor, whether it is asphalt, concrete or compacted earth.

However, at VALL we always carry out prior studies to determine the suitability of the available floor and, if necessary, apply the necessary solution to guarantee a high degree of safety and durability.

In addition, we have a technical department that manages, sizes, accompanies you, advises you and provides all the necessary documentation for you throughout the process, so you also save time and money on external technicians.

At VALL we have advanced to be able to adapt and use practically any type of enclosure available for any need. However, there are specific recommendations depending on the needs of each project.

When you are looking for an efficient, economical and very quick to assemble enclosure, the ideal is the textile canvas (in its translucent version if you want to take advantage of the outside light, or in its opaque version if you need to protect the interior from light).

When we are looking for strong insulation, we recommend the sandwich panel which, in addition, allows finishes of great aesthetic value.

And if what we are looking for is maximum resistance, durability and economy, we can opt for corrugated sheet metal, which also allows for great aesthetic finishes and is also a very solid enclosure.

All our removable buildings can offer high levels of insulation and watertightness, which can also be combined with advanced ventilation and air conditioning systems to obtain specific atmospheres.

Their simplicity of construction means that cracks or leaks can be located quickly. And by installing a slightly pressurised TWS (Thermo Wind Stable) roof, the stability of the structure against high wind loads is increased, making its strength performance comparable to conventional buildings.

PVC tarpaulin covers are highly resistant to inclement weather and light, are completely waterproof, offer maximum resistance to tearing by traction, and are perfectly resistant to rot and environmental pollution. They have UV protection and anti-mould treatments, and are suitable for installation in areas with high environmental salinity such as ports or coastal areas.

Tarpaulins, in particular, have excellent durability. In very harsh conditions, a properly installed PVC tarpaulin has a long service life. In Europe, textile covers have been used for more than 50 years and some of these covers are still in use today.

At VALL we are pioneers in the implementation of textile covers for industrial use and we can show concrete results where we have applied our solutions. We have examples of structures that have been installed for more than 20 years with their original covers, without requiring maintenance, and preserving their initial watertightness.

Any type of door or access, of any size, from emergency exits to elegant glazed automatic accesses.

VALL removable buildings allow all types of windows, including glass walls.

Custom-sized loading bays, ramps, interior anti-collision protection, ventilation systems, all kinds of accessories for lighting, acclimatisation and rainwater management can be installed. In short, all types of complements that can be used or installed in conventional buildings are also available for installation in our removable building systems.

At VALL we have a vocation for development and research, which is why our accessories are not a limited catalogue of options. Tell us what you need and we will study its viability.

It depends on the approach and the use you want to make of it.

Renting is a good option if what you need is a clearly temporary solution, as a complement or replacement for a building under construction or renovation, or because your needs for covered space are clearly one-off.

If your intention is not to invest in an asset that is not strategic for the development of your activity, renting is an option with a lower economic impact, which allows a quick and flexible implementation.

However, when the need to be covered does not have a clear limitation in time, or despite being temporary, it is a long period, the buy may be more attractive.

Remember that removable buildings are an investment asset. Once its use is over, you can sell or rent it yourself. With the advantage that it can be relocated, so you don't need to sell it tied to a specific land and location.

In addition, removable buildings do not significantly alter the landscape, so you can recover the value of the land as soon as you uninstall it.
